The restaurant, carved from the former nursery school, a 1931 typical lictorial building, is located in Treiso, in the very heart of Langhe, a land of magnificent wines and inspirational dishes.

A small entrance leads to the main room, with high ceilings and pine floors, where you can sit enjoying the astounding view over the vineyards, towards the Alps. Maurilio Garola and Nadia Benech move to Treiso, pushed by their passion for the great wines of this area and for its beautiful location. During the same year, the Michelin Guide reconfirmed the star given the year before. Our cuisine is made of great local products, carefully selected in order to offer high quality.

The herb garden

Seasons don’t exist, in a vegetable garden. The seasons are as many as the dishes you can cook every day.

When an ingredient is no longer available, the dish is reconsidered: every day there’s something different and our purpose is to find the right place for every vegetable.

Carved from the tuff hill, the wine cellar preserves more than 60.000 bottles from 450 winemakers, with about 1800 labels from all over the world and one of the most complete wine list in Italy.
